Youth Climate Action Grant
Young people around the world are concerned about the impacts of climate change on people and the planet. City of Newcastle, with support from the Bloomberg Philanthropies’ Youth Climate Action Fund, are offering microgrants of $1,500 to $7,500 to young individuals or organisations that represent youth to fund climate initiatives.
The grants will fund young people to design, produce and govern urgent climate solutions that advance a net-zero emissions Newcastle by 2040.
The 2024 Youth Climate Action Grant program opens for application on Monday 3 June (9am) and closes Sunday 30 June (11:59pm).
