Public exhibitions
If information is put on 'public exhibition' it means it is made available for you to read and examine.
Information is put on public exhibition so you can provide your comment and input to Council.
Examples of things that are put on exhibition include proposals relating to policy changes, development applications and strategic plans that impact on our city.

Or at all branch libraries.
Any person may make a written submission to Council regarding the proposals. Submissions must be received by 5pm on the last day of the exhibition period.
Weekly Notification List
Council produces a Weekly Notification List which provides details on the development applications and planning proposals placed on public exhibition during the previous seven days.
The list gives details of the development proposal(s) and the time period within which you can make comment on the plans to Council.
Any detailed plans and supporting documents on exhibition are available for inspection at Council during the public exhibition period.
