Management Plan
Newcastle City Council adopted the 2009-2010 Management Plan, Sustainability Review recommendations and and Fees and Charges at its meeting on 25 June 2009.
Part A: The Management Plan
The Management Plan is a summary of Council’s activities and projects. It shows the strategic framework provided by the Councillors’ five strategic priorities. These priorities are; ESD leadership, city wide revitalisation, healthy lifestyle, compassionate community, and effective and efficient governance.
The final report will be posted here as soon as it is available.
Part B: Sustainability Review
Council has commissioned a broad ranging and comprehensive review of the organisation. The Sustainability Review focussed on appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency.

Part C: Fees and Charges
The Fees and Charges Register outlines fees for 2009-2010. All user-pay services are in this document, including car parking charges, swimming centre fees, footway restaurant fees, parks and recreational fees and building certificate fees.
