Business directoryThe Newcastle Liquor Accord was established to improve safety and reduce alcohol related harm in Newcastle.
The Accord is a joint initiative between Council, Australian Hotels Association, Registered Clubs Association, Newcastle & Waratah Police Local Area Commands, NSW Premier's Department, Hunter Area Health, NSW Department of Gaming and Racing, Restaurant & Catering Association and local businesses.
The Accord is based on the premise that a coordinated and cooperative approach to alcohol related issues will provide better outcomes for the Community.
