Support for the Gallery

The Gallery is funded and administered by Newcastle City Council with support from the NSW State Government through the Ministry for the Arts. Funds are also generated from the corporate sector, the community and the Newcastle Region Art Gallery Foundation. The Gallery Society and volunteer guides support many of the Gallery's activities.

Gallery Shop

The Gallery Shop offers a range of quality handcrafted glass, jewellery, textiles and ceramics as well as art books, catalogues and paper goods.

Most of the items on offer are produced by Hunter Valley artisans. This reflects the Gallery's commitment to fostering the development of the local arts community.
