Head out into the bad weather and practice their trades of course.
All Newcastle beaches were closed on Monday 12 Jan due to the treacherous conditions so Council’s professional lifeguards from Nobbys Beach and the Westpac rescue helicopter crew hit the water to perfect their skills in water rescues.
